My name is Morgan McDonnell. I am a registered and licensed Dietitian.

​

Food was complicated for me growing up. Which is why it is such a passion for me to help clients or parents create more positive relationships with food. 

​

My work as a dietitian has been a fun mix of various specialties. I have worked with general pediatrics, pediatric oncology and eating disorders throughout the lifespan.

​

Fearless Foods got its name from a general goal of making food less fearful. I noticed a constant and continuous stream of messages around food and body in our society that continue to create anxiety, fear, worry and unnecessary stress for parents or individuals. There is so much misinformation that complicates how we experience living in our bodies and ultimately how we choose to feed ourselves or our children.

When I work with clients, I like to think that I offer a compassionate and non judgmental environment where we can explore what individual goals might look like and discover barriers to getting there. I focus on building confidence and comfortability at the eating experience instead of fear and anxiety. 

 

If I help clients learn one thing, I hope that it might be: Fear has no place at the dinner table anymore!

I always practice from a health at every size approach. Meaning I believe that weight holds no inherent health value and we can instead focus on behaviors and how they impact the whole person.
